The M.H. Sufi Foundation Schools are located in the rural areas of District Hafizabad, regions that have long suffered from inadequate educational facilities due to insufficient state-owned efforts, both in terms of quantity and quality. To address this gap, the Foundation established schools that prioritize accessibility and quality education for underserved communities.
Each school begins with student enrollment at the junior-most level (Prep Junior-1), and as students progress through the grades, additional classes are introduced annually. This gradual development model was first implemented at the Foundation’s main campus in Koth Ishaq Village, established in 1995. Today, this flagship campus offers premium education from Prep Junior through Grade 12.
Building on this success, the Foundation expanded its reach by opening campuses in Kaleki Mandi, Ramki Chatha, and Kassese in 2006, funded through generous donations from friends and family. These campuses follow the same progressive model and currently offer education up to Grade 7.
In June 2010, the Foundation secured funding from the Japanese Embassy in Pakistan to construct a new campus in Saroopwala, Hafizabad, which was completed by April 2011. Later that same year, additional support came from the Pakistan-Italian Debt Swap Agreement (PIDSA), allowing the Foundation to establish five primary schools in Jalalpur Bhattian, Kot Ghazi, Kot Sajana, Channi Janna, and Mailak. These schools currently provide education from Prep Junior to Grade 5.
Continuing its mission to expand educational opportunities, the M.H. Sufi Foundation is set to launch two new branches in the Sargodha district: one in Rahimpur in March 2025 and another in Abdal in April 2025. These upcoming schools aim to further the Foundation’s commitment to providing quality education in rural communities, fostering both academic growth and community development.
